Invite other users to your WorkBase to help you edit or add certain elements to your page. Alternatively, get invited to other WorkBases to access and work on multiple WorkBases at once.
Navigate to the "Users" tab and click "Add" to invite a new user to your WorkBase, as shown in the image below.
You will be prompted to fill in their name and email address as well as assign a user role to them. Click the ποΈ icon to edit an existing user's name or user role and click the ποΈ icon to remove a user from your WorkBase.
Let's answer some technicalities...
You can only create 1 WorkBase from scratch with a certain email address. Once you create a WorkBase, you can be invited as an editor or an owner to someone else's WorkBase. This means that you will be able to switch between WorkBases from Builder by clicking the hamburger icon, as shown below.
π‘ Pro tip
The user that you would like to invite does not need to have their own WorkBase or need to have signed up to WorkBase prior to this.
When inviting users, you can assign them one of the following user roles:
Editor: The user can access and make edits to your WorkBase (this role is very much a collaborator role - this person will be able to help you elevate your page but will not be able to "run" your page).
Owner: The user can access and make edits to your WorkBase as well as publish these changes so that they are live. The user can also invite other users to your WorkBase (this role basically has the same access as you do to your WorkBase).
