Navigate to the "Status page" tab and click "Add" to record maintenance on your website or an incident that has occurred. Reorder incidents added and click "Preview" to see how this page looks on your WorkBase.
Select a full outage, partial outage or scheduled maintenance to record with regards to the status of your website. Select the occurrence date and level of impact the incident has on your website. Lastly, click "Save".
Remember to click "Publish WorkBase" to set your changes live.
